RALLY RULES

The Rally committee extends a hearty welcome to you and hope you enjoy the festivities at Olean’s Rally in the Valley.  Your safety and security is a high priority for the City of Olean Police Department.  We want you to have a great time and ask only that you be considerate of residents and other visitors here for the Rally.  Much of the responsibility for keeping this a positive and fun event rests with you, and depends upon the strong working relationship that exists between local law enforcement and the Greater Olean Area Motorcycle Enthusiasts.

We ask for your cooperation.  Be mindful and take necessary precautions to avoid becoming a victim of crime.  Lock your motorcycle in highly visible areas and secure all easily removed items.  Police officers will be working around the clock to provide an enjoyable environment for both Rally attendees and residents.  Slow down, drive defensively and comply with State and local traffic laws.  Please ride quietly and be mindful of noise in residential areas, just as you would at home, especially nighttime hours.

GENERAL RULES
•Registered Rally Attendees Only
•Release waiver must be completed
•No children under 16 may participate unless parent signs a waiver
•Guests not registered are not eligible to participate
•Motorcycle clubs welcome
•NO PETS
•No coolers
•Bags are suggest to check

NOTE: Absolutely no burnouts will be tolerated.  If a burnout is attempted, that rider/team will be disqualified from that and ALL other Field Events.
