Gift Certificate Program: Only current GOACC Members can participate in the Shop Olean Gift Certificate program. Welcome to another "value-added benefit" of the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce. In standing with our goal to help "Members Support Members," we have a gift certificate program to help create sales growth for our member merchants, and to add convenience to communities' purchasing needs. As a participant of the Chamber's gift certificate program, you'll help drive dollars back into the community, provide a solution for members who offer holiday bonuses and/or incentive plans, and help maintain and grow Chamber member enrollment. Flex Plan: The employer sponsored plan allows your employees to pay for a variety of services such as health insurance premiums, medical, dental, vision and child care. Taxes are paid after such expenses, therefore, take home pay will go up. The employer pays less tax because he doesn't have to match as much FICA. 10% savings for GOACC members.
Employee Assistance Plan gives you the resources to help your employees and their immediate family members resolve personal difficulties that may affect the quality of their lives or job performance. GOACC members receive a 25% discount over non-members
Long Term Care Insurance: As we live longer & are increasingly successful in fighting acute disease & injury, the likelihood that you will need some form of long term care is high. For detailed information and possible member discounts contact the chamber.
Disability: GOACC members now has access to NYS Statutory Disability through three local agencies representing National Benefit Life Insurance Co. Compare our rates with your current costs, and see the savings. Large volume purchasing of this benefit may lead to enhanced benefits! Temporary cash benefits for employees caused by "off the job" injuries are available with a benefit period of 26 weeks during any 52 week period with a 7 day waiting period. The benefit amount is 50% of wages with a weekly maximum of $170. Large Volume purchasing of the benefit may lead to enhanced benefits!
