Membership/Outreach Coordinator

The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce (GOACC) has an immediate opening for a Membership/Outreach Coordinator.  This regular part-time position (25 hours per week) provides leadership for recruitment/retention of GOACC members; presents an exemplary professional image as the first point of contact for members, prospective members, visitors, and other community stakeholders; is responsible for general office and records management, front-office reception services, and support to GOACC events, activities, and programs.

Administrative Specialist

Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce (GOACC) has an immediate opening for an Administrative Specialist.  This regular part-time position (16- 20 hours per week) provides administrative support for GOACC’s accounting, payroll, and human resources functions, as well as membership benefits, including health insurance programs; assists the GOACC administration and board in evaluating and monitoring member benefit programs; provides technical assistance in the administration of GOACC employee benefits;  assists in providing strong customer service as a point of contact for members, prospective members, visitors, and other community stakeholders; and provides administrative support for GOACC events, activities, and programs.

Administrative Services Manager 

Olean Business Development Corporation (OBD) has an immediate opening for an Administrative Services Manager.  This full-time position reports to the President of OBD, with duties split between OBD and the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce (GOACC).  The job description is available on the OBD and GOACC websites. Position is full-time (minimum 35 hours per week), split approximately 65/35 between OBD and GOACC.  Occasional evening or weekend work is required.
