The Olean Schools Foundation was established in 2002 to provide additional funds to support special and creative curriculum enrichment projects in the Olean City Schools. In 2005, the OCSD Foundation began to recognize individuals whose lives accomplishments and endeavors reflect the values and tradition of excellence fostered by the Olean City School District.
